SureHire Occupational and Fitness-to-Work Testing
Fit Health is a SureHire testing facility.
We provide drug and alcohol screening, as well as physical and fitness testing.
Utilizing these programs has mitigated employee issues before they became recordable injuries or work absences.
For companies with highly physical jobs, the Pre-Employment Screening will help find the applicant that is the best fit for a position. The tests are designed to determine if an individual is fit to work in a specific position within the company, by reviewing their medical history and assessing their physical fitness.
Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)
The FCE evaluates an individual’s ability to perform work-related activities in an effort to get employees back working. The assessor can then determine the next steps of employment, whether that be modified work duties, modified work hours, or work conditioning sessions.
Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP)
The Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) is an evidence-based treatment program to help reduce disability associated with pain, depression, cancer, and other chronic health conditions. The main goal is to resume activities of daily living and occupational routines that had previously been abandoned due to functional limitations, fear, loss of identity, or loss of purpose.
