Kristen completed her Bachelor of Physical Education at the University of Lethbridge, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. In 2018 Kristen graduated from Lethbridge College receiving her Massage Therapy Diploma with honours.

Owner
Tim is an owner at Fit Health, as well as our sister locations Rebound Health Centre. Tim is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Exercise Physiologist. Tim provides innovative sports medicine services to numerous athletes he works with at Rebound Health Centre at the Sports Medicine Centre in the U of L.
Brenda Nesom

Office Manager,
Professional Kinesiologist
Brenda graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, specializing in health and fitness. She is also a CSEP certified personal trainer. Her skills are applied in our PGAP, FCE, EIC and Pre-Employment Screening Services.
Bruce Stewart

Owner
Bruce is an owner at Fit Health, as well as our sister clinic locations Fit Physiotherapy and Rebound Health Centre. Bruce completed his Bachelor's of Science degree (Biology) from the University of Lethbridge and his Master's of Physical therapy degree from Idaho State University.
