Registered Massage Therapist, Professional Kinesiologist

Kristen grew up in British Columbia before moving east to pursue her post-secondary education in Calgary. She completed 2 years at Mount Royal University in a Bachelor of Physical Education and transferred south to complete her degree at the University of Lethbridge, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2015. 

Growing up in the mountains, Kristen was always involved in sports, her hometown was a natural playground within itself. Along with enjoying the outdoors, Kristen’s passions include volleyball and running. This passion for athleticism fuelled Kristen’s desire to attend post-secondary school to attain the knowledge and practical experience to be able to aid within the rehabilitation process of athletes and anyone who has sustained both acute and chronic injury. 

In 2018, Kristen graduated from Lethbridge College receiving her Massage Therapy Diploma with Honours. While completing multiple practicums within her studies, Kristen had the opportunity to work with the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns Swim and Track & Field teams. Kristen’s passion and desire for learning has brought her to where she is today. 

In the near future, Kristen plans to further her education in Sports Massage and Myofascial Release.
